A Bit About Me
I was raised outside of Pierce, ID where I fought forest fire after graduating from Timberline High School. After fighting fires, I joined the United States Marines where I was in infantry and was able to accomplish the goal of receiving the rank of Sergeant in 2 years. During this time I was able do some really neat stuff. Once my enlistment was served I returned to Lewiston, ID where I decided to go into construction as a sheet metal worker, or more commonly known as a HVAC. During my commercial construction career I was able to work on some amazing buildings across the Northwest. Largely at WSU in Pullman and U of I in Moscow. During this time I spent a significant amount of time away from my family.
This time away from my family is one reason I made the choice to branch out on my own and change my life. I have a passion for flipping homes and the relationships that are built from those projects. It's an amazing experience seeing a house transform and breathe new life back into it. Watching another family start making their new memories in a home has been amazing to whitness. This has shown me that real estate has become a great fit and a passion for me over the years.
Work Experience
I have attended several courses and training seminars for advance real estate investing to include options, wraps and subject-to’s. In the three years of starting this company it has bought over 37 properties and sold 5 of them. I believe in continual education and am always looking to improve.
I have over 22 years of construction experience with the majority of that being in commercial construction. Of that 22 years 15 years has been in a leadership or management role to include foreman, superintendent, general superintendent and project manager. For the last 11 years of my time as a worker for another company I was responsible for $16-$22 million dollars worth of work per year. This experience enables me to bring an understanding of all the building trades together in order to accomplish a quality job on time.
